Cardboard Boat Regatta
The Cardboard Boat Regatta is an annual district event where outposts build one or more boats out of cardboard and race them across an inlet on Stockton Lake. This event takes place near the first of August each year (see district calendar for exact dates). Details concerning our next regatta are provided below.

July 28 & 29, 2023 - Mutton Creek Marina

The 2023 regatta will take place at Mutton Creek Marina - EAST Campground on July 28 & 29. This event consists of two elements - a campout on Friday night and the regatta on Saturday. Outposts may participate in one or both elements.

Friday night campout - $8.00 per person - includes campsite fees & event patch

Saturday Regatta - $10.00 per boat, per race (no individual fees required)

Friday night BBQ rib dinner - $6.00 per person (optional)

Saturday lunch - $2.00 per person (optional)
