
Cardboard Boat Regatta
The Cardboard Boat Regatta is an annual event hosted by the SW division where outposts build one or more boats out of cardboard and race them across an inlet on Stockton Lake. This event takes place near the first of August each year (see district calendar for exact dates). Details concerning our next regatta are provided below.

August 7 & 8, 2026 - Mutton Creek Marina
​
The 2026 regatta will take place at Mutton Creek Marina - EAST Campground. This event consists of two elements - a campout on Friday night and the regatta on Saturday. Outposts may participate in one or both elements.

Friday night campout - $8.00 per person - includes campsite fees & event patch

Saturday Regatta - $10.00 per boat, per race (no individual fees required)

Friday night BBQ rib dinner - $6.00 per person (optional, but you must pre-register)

Saturday lunch - $3.00 per person (optional, but you must pre-register)

Pre-registration is not required for the campout but IS REQUIRED for the meals. Please complete this simple form to let us know how many people you are bringing so we can ensure we have enough food prepared.
