Leader's Conference

Our district Leader's Conference is an annual event conducted in the spring of each year to provide program updates, leader training, and event information for the coming year.  This event provides outpost leaders with an opportunity to connect with other leaders from across the district, share ideas, find valuable resources, and be encouraged and strengthened in their role as a Royal Rangers leader.  Come join us for our next Leader's Conference!

Friday Night Missions Service

Beginning at 6:30 PM we will gather for a night of prayer, praise, and a brief devotional message focused on our mission to reach every boy in our district.  Join with us as we celebrate all that God has done in the past and seeking His direction for our future.  Following the service, ice cream and snacks will be provided.

Missions Auction

Immediately following our fellowship time (about 8PM) we'll be having our annual missions auction to raise funds for the "EveryBoy Initiative" missions project.  Bring your unneeded camping gear, books, patches, tools, craft items, or anything else you'd like to donate for the auction and watch someone go home blessed with your old stuff as a new treasure - and it's all for missions!

Saturday, April 6th

Morning Assembly

We'll begin the day early at 8AM with a brief devotional message.  Come join us as we celebrate all that God is doing and grow our faith to see event greater things!

Conference General Session

The conference general session will begin immediately following morning assembly and will provide content every Outpost Leader will want to hear.  We'll be covering the latest program updates from the national office as well as plans for our various district events taking place this year such as Pow-Wow, Frontier Adventure, National FCF Rendezvous, junior training camps, action & adventure camps, and new divisional events.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided on site for all registered attendees.  We've enjoyed some delicious meals in recent years so come prepared for something wonderful.

Service Awards Presentations

After lunch we'll be recognizing our district and outpost leaders for their service to Royal Rangers over the past year.  Details can be found on our Service Awards page and applications can be found on the national website.  All leaders are encouraged to submit their service award applications.  Applications must be received by March 25th to be recognized at this event.

Pow-Wow Roundtable

After lunch and the service awards presentations we will be conducting an open discussion of our district Pow-Wow to gather suggestions and discuss new ideas for making this important annual event the best it can possibly be for our boys and leaders.  Bring your ideas and join the discussion!
